We are currently building mobile apps focused on AI, Utilities, Music and Photo & Video categories. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Istanbul, Turkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.

Some of your responsibilities

  • Own and scale Google Ads campaigns end-to-end including Web-to-App, UAC, App Campaigns, Search and Display as the primary growth channel.
  • Build and optimize advanced campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and automation flows within Google Ads ecosystem.
  • Manage the full Google campaign lifecycle: from setup to budget optimization and performance reporting.
  • Own the marketing analytics pipeline: ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and interpretation of campaign data via Firebase, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on bidding strategies, and audience segments to identify and scale winning approaches.
  • Collaborate with product managers and data teams to align Google Ads strategies with business goals and in-app events.
  • Provide insightful analysis of campaign performance and translate results into actionable optimization strategies.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads - Web-to-App, UAC / App Campaigns, Search, Display
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years focused specifically on mobile apps or gaming.
  • Proven track record of scaling Google App Campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Strong command of mobile attribution and analytics tools: Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
  • Google Ads certifications are a strong plus.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
